1. GENERAL

Welcome to Hue Pret. By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Hue Pret reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

• Pakistan Orders: We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the item received has a manufacturing defect or damage. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not entertain any claims made after this timeframe.
• International Orders: No exchanges or returns are allowed. If a defective or damaged item is received, we will investigate the claim before issuing a replacement. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to entertain any claims made after this timeframe. We reserve the right to take legal action if a false claim or chargeback is initiated beyond this timeline.
• Size Exchanges: Available only for Pakistan orders within 48 hours of receiving the item. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Pakistan Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
• International Orders: A strict no-cancellation policy applies. Customers who repeatedly cancel orders without a valid reason may be blacklisted from future purchases.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without valid reasoning will result in legal action, and the customer may be restricted from future purchases.

4. PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions. However, in case of errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders and will notify customers accordingly.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

• Pakistan Orders: Online payments via PayFast (Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Mobile Wallets). COD available only in Karachi.
• International Orders: Payments accepted via Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit Cards. COD is not available for international orders.
• Declined Payments: If your card is declined, reach out to our customer service with a screenshot, and we will assist you further.

6. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

• Pakistan Orders: Delivered within 3-5 working days.
• International Orders: Delivered within 5-7 working days. Customs clearance may cause delays.
• All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

7. CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

• We do not customize colors but offer customization for dress length and measurements.
• For any customization: Please select the customization tab and mention details in the notes section at checkout.

8. COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to variations in lighting and screen resolution, colors may appear slightly different from what is displayed online. This is not considered a valid reason for exchange or return.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is confidential and will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.
