How do I place an order?

Why can’t I add an item to my cart?

If an item is unavailable, it may be out of stock or currently in another customer’s cart. Check back later or explore similar options.

My card was declined. What should I do?

How long does delivery take?

● Pakistan: 3-5 working days
● International: 5-7 working days (shipping times may vary by location and Seasons)

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package

Do you offer customizations?

● We do not offer color customizations.
● We do offer dress length and measurement customizations.
● Add your required measurements in the Customization Tab before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

● Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
● Provide images of the issue for quick resolution.
● After 48 hours, we cannot process claims for replacements or exchanges.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are possible under certain conditions. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy.
