  • Additional charges may apply for multiple delivery attempts.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified via email, WhatsApp, or SMS with updated delivery timelines.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. If you need tracking details via WhatsApp or social media, you may request them from our team. Please note that tracking information may sometimes experience delays or technical issues beyond our control.

7. DELIVERY CHARGES

Domestic Shipping

  • Karachi - Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 2-3 working days after order processing. Charges: Standard delivery in Karachi. Exceptions: Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • All Over Pakistan - Express Shipping: Delivery Time: 2-4 working days after order processing. Charges: Flat PKR 500 for express delivery nationwide. Note: Express shipping is available for ready-to-ship products only.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-10 working days (depending on destination).
  • Charges: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination & weight of the package.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country.

8. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related fees, delays, or clearance processes in their country. Hue Pret does not cover or reimburse any import duties, taxes, or penalties imposed by customs authorities. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and will not be the responsibility of Hue Pret.

A 'Goods and Services Not Received' situation refers to when a customer does not receive their order despite a successful shipping confirmation.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer at checkout. Our third-party courier partner provides proof of delivery (sender & receiver details). If a dispute arises, we will provide tracking logs and delivery confirmation as evidence.

Please Note: Our responsibility ends once the order has been shipped and proof of delivery (POD) has been provided.

To prioritize safety & convenience, all deliveries are contactless (no physical sign-off required). The tracking number serves as digital proof of delivery, even if a sign-off is not obtained.

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must provide the following details for investigation:
